Restaurant with terrace in Puy-l’Evêque
Delicious cuisine prepared with respect for the culinary traditions of Quercy.
The restaurant at the Hotel Henry is renowned for the quality of its cuisine, as well as its strategic location and unique setting, near a rocky promontory leading to the Cahors wine route.
A feast for the eyes and the palate!
For six generations, its cuisine has paid beautiful homage to the Quercy region and offers visitors and hotel guests alike the opportunity to discover local gastronomy.
The menu features a succession of exquisite specialties prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients: the duck comes directly from the prestigious Godard farm in Gourdon, and the Quercy lamb from a nearby farm. A variety of traditional dishes ranging from Quercy-style meat pie to homemade cassoulet, not forgetting the irresistible semi-cooked foie gras terrine. Fruits and vegetables are seasonal, cheeses and breads are locally made, and the wine comes from vineyards in the Lot region.
Healthy, sincere, and authentic cuisine is served in the restaurant's lovely, recently renovated dining room, whose contemporary refinement doesn't detract from the friendly atmosphere. This service can also be enjoyed on the charming terrace at the rear of the building, in fine weather, under the shade of a linden tree and a Virginia creeper pergola. A very pleasant setting with its delightful flower garden, which also serves as a backdrop for your family meals, business lunches, banquets, cocktail parties, and other bespoke receptions...
